What is a founding partner?
Partners that join during our launch in November 2026 are founding partners. They keep the 25% revenue share for the life of the partnership, even if our standard rate changes later.
Do you approve every partner?
We review every application before approving it: a real audience of job seekers, content that fits our services, and no spam or incentivised traffic. That keeps the offer right for your users and for ours.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no fee and no minimum. You earn a share of the orders your audience places, and the review stays free for your job seekers either way.
Do we need to build or install anything?
No. You share a link. If you run job board software and want a deeper integration, such as an offer on your application confirmation page, we will work with you on it.
How do you track referrals?
Your link stores your partner code in the visitor’s browser for 12 months, and we also match orders to the email address someone used for their free review. If either links back to you within 12 months, the order is credited to you.
When and how do we get paid?
Monthly, by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer, once your balance reaches $50 (smaller balances roll over). Commission is 25% of the order value after the member discount. Orders are confirmed 30 days after purchase, so refunded orders are not paid out.
Do you share our users’ data, or ask for yours?
No. We never share a job seeker’s resume or details with partners or anyone else, and we do not need any data from you. Your report shows counts and order values only.
Do you work with UK job boards?
Yes. UK partners get a CV-focused page with our UK packages priced in pounds, and the same 25% share and 15% member discount.
We are a coach. Will you compete with our coaching?
No. We only write resumes, CVs, cover letters and LinkedIn profiles, and we do not sell coaching. Send clients who need the documents written, and we will point them back to you for coaching and interview preparation.
We are a school, nonprofit or association. Do we have to take a commission?
No. Many partners offer the free review and 15% discount purely as a member benefit. If you prefer, we can pay your share to your organization, scholarship fund or chapter, or not at all.
Can creators and newsletters join?
Yes, if your audience is job seekers or people building their careers. Use your link in posts, show notes or newsletters with a clear disclosure that you may earn a commission. The free tools above make good resources to link too.
What do partners agree to?
To describe the offer accurately, to tell users you may earn a commission, not to bid on the ResumeCroc name in paid search, and not to send spam. Either side can end the partnership at any time; earned commission is still paid.
