Meet Elaine Halliburton

Elaine spent fifteen years on both sides of the hiring desk — first as a corporate recruiter for blue-chip employers across Glasgow, London, and New York, then as a senior talent-acquisition lead. Every week she watched the same thing: brilliant people losing interviews because their resume could not survive a six-second scan or pass the ATS gate.
She founded ResumeCroc to fill the gap between expensive boutiques and template content mills — senior-writer quality, transparent pricing, and real guarantees. The company operates in the US as Splash Sol LLC (Wyoming) and is now led from Glasgow as it launches CV services across the UK and Europe.
